About the artist
From early childhood I pursued my love of art with the support of my parents and the encouragement of several artists in my family. In high school and college I focused on 3D art in the form of glasswork and multi-media sculptures before shifting my focus back to 2D work.
In sophomore year of college, I discovered the joy of working with watercolors and they gradually became my preferred medium. My main sources of inspiration come from nature and the creative process. Since beginning my medical studies, medicine has become another source of inspiration and a major theme in my work.
